About
Stuart has been building teams within energy companies for 13 years. Originally from Scotland, he studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Glasgow before starting his career in recruitment. He now lives in Orlando with his wife Melina, son Jacob and dog Tobi. He founded Volta Search with the purpose of providing innovative Startup’s with a process that is transparent throughout and addresses the challenge and costs associated with hiring mistakes.

The Volta process is managed through an innovative 24/7 online client platform, where progress on the recruitment process is tracked and the thorough assessments each candidate completes prior to first interview can be viewed, including a behavioral assessment, key competency questions specific to the client's needs and a video introduction from each candidate to give a brief overview of themselves and their motivations.
