Volta works in partnership with the McQuaig Institute to implement a simple but practical tool called the McQuaig Job Survey that enables hiring managers to identify the behavioral requirements for a specific role.

 

The resulting report outlines the strengths an ideal candidate should possess and the management considerations that come with those strengths. It helps managers achieve consensus on job demands and supplies focused behavioral interview and reference checking questions.

Step 2:  Sourcing, Engagement and Screening of candidates by Volta Search
